Travel Tips

The reservation room block at the Stanford Court is valid to book until March 31, 2026 for the discounted rate.

We recommend NOT renting a car. Parking is limited in the city and limited at the venue and hotels.

If you have a vehicle, confirm parking is available at the hotel in advance. Do NOT leave anything visible in vehicles.

Alt transportation options are ride share and taxis. Trolley cable cars are at the intersection of the reception venue. Clipper cards can be used for Muni public transportation.
